Job Description

 

Classification Title:      FISCAL MANAGER

 Work Location: Harrisburg

Work Type: Full Time, Permanent             Work Hours: 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.

 
 

FISCAL MANAGER                                                   Pay Range 11

 

Southcentral Employment Corp. is seeking an experienced, full-time Fiscal Manager at its Harrisburg (Dauphin County) corporate office.  Salary to $50K, DOE

 Qualified candidates should have at least 6 years’ + background and experience in a full-range of accounting functions to include planning, budgeting, reporting, internal control, policy formulation, all financial statement preparation, audit compliance, asset integrity, Resource Sharing Agreement (RSA) communication and administration, Workforce Investment Board (WIB) relations and reconciliations, training, contract administration, and related.  Position advises and counsels Executive Management on corporate financial position, funds procurement and need, state and federal usage and reporting requirements, changes, and modifications.

 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline required; must have automated accounting experience; must have a track record of increasingly responsible management and administration experience; knowledge of Workforce Investment Act, federal and state employment training programs a definite plus.  A comprehensive benefits package is included.  Only those candidates with requisite background need apply.
